Heating Preventative Maintenance (Fall):

• Clean flame sensor

• Check amp draws

• Test capacitors

• Check Humidifier

• Check blower motor and wheel

• Inspect igniter for abnormal wear

• Check for gas leaks at furnace

• Insure all safeties are functional

• Tighten all electrical connections

• Insure flue pipe is intact and safe

• Check and/or replace filters and humidifier pad

• Check & clean drain

Cooling Preventative Maintenance (Spring):

• Check contactors for pitting

• Test capacitors

• Check amp draws

• Check refrigerant level (FREON)

• Test compressor windings

• Tighten electrical connections

• Inspect outdoor electrical disconnect

• Check and or replace filter

• Clean drain pan and line, blow out if necessary

• Inspect outdoor fan motor for overheating

• Clean rinse out outdoor condenser coils, use chemicals if necessary
